Neurolibertad, ¿de verdad somos libres?

Since the past three millennia the theme of human freedom is a clasic topic in the philosophical background. Linked with it there is the problem of human determinism and human self-determination. In the first part of this article the author highlights the main neuroscience research on human freedom. In the last part, a philosophical approach based on the magisterial synthesis accomplished by Thomas Aquinas is presented as a useful tool for neuroscientists and philosophers who are interested in neuroethics issues like this.
